Rowan is seeking a proactive Studio Manager to oversee our ear piercing studio at Short Pump Town Center. You will lead a team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop the studio team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive revenue through optimized appointments and product recommendations.
• Manage inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention measures.
• Train new staff on Rowan procedures, safety, and product knowledge.
• Prepare reports on performance and coordinate with corporate on initiatives.
