Lucid Motors in Downtown Los Angeles is opening a new Studio and seeks a dynamic Studio Manager to lead a sales team, coach on product, financing and delivery, and drive targets from day one.

You will own studio operations, recruit and develop talent, manage pipeline and ensure a premium customer experience while collaborating with Retail and Brand teams to deliver Lucid’s ownership journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury or hospitality.
• Automotive sales management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sales, or related discipline.
• Experience leading a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
• Experience making data-driven decisions and KPI accountability.
• Proficient in English with a secondary language a plus.
• Proficient with CRM tools and retail business systems.

Responsabilités

• Coach and motivate sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery and productivity goals.
• Train and develop the team on sales, financing and delivery processes.
• Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies and goals.
• Manage leads, appointments, and inventory to build pipeline.
• Ensure studio operations deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead staffing, scheduling and performance management for the team.
• Engage with customers to drive ownership experience and brand value.
