Job summary

Lucid Motors in downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Sales Specialist for a Lucid Studio. You will guide customers from initial contact through ordering, financing, and delivery, acting as the main point of contact to ensure a seamless, personalized experience.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure plus a guaranteed hourly wage, in a high-achieving team focused on exceptional customer journeys and accelerating adoption of sustainable mobility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience in commission-based environments.
• Retail automotive sales and desking experience highly desirable.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Familiar with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and offer Lucid solutions.
• Handle end-to-end order to delivery, including financing steps.
• Lead test drives and highlight selling points for Lucid vehicles.
• Maintain regular communication during waiting periods before delivery.
• Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams.
