LYVE Studios is seeking a hands-on Studio Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our live shopping studio in Santa Monica, CA. You’ll ensure each broadcast is production-ready, staffed, and on schedule across multiple client brands in a fast-paced startup environment.

In this 1099 role, you will manage lighting, cameras, platform setup, show scheduling, pre-stream checklists, live troubleshooting, and coaching of on-camera talent, while maintaining brand guidelines and inventory across

Qualificações

• Experience in live production, event operations, retail/e-commerce operations, or a similar fast-moving operational role.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, livestream shopping, or social commerce is a strong plus.
• Highly organized — comfortable managing multiple schedules, people, and moving pieces at once.
• Calm under pressure; able to problem-solve in real time during live broadcasts.
• Strong communicator who can manage talent, relay client expectations, and flag issues early.
• Available to work on-site in Santa Monica, with flexibility for live show hours (evenings/weekends depending on client schedules).

Responsabilidades

• Act as the link between account management and the production floor, flagging capacity or staffing needs
• Maintain and improve onboarding/training documentation for hosts and moderators

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Studio Manager to own the day‑to‑day operations of our live shopping studio. You’ll be the person who keeps the floor running — making sure every live broadcast goes out on time, fully staffed, and production‑ready, across multiple brand clients simultaneously. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, startup environment and wants to be central to scaling a live commerce operation from the ground up.
