The Geeky Greens in Los Angeles is expanding its TikTok Live production team. Co-Host Producers manage back-end tools, engage with viewers, curate product pins, and drive real-time show pacing. Training is provided; prior live streaming experience is not required.

Be part of high-energy, sales-driven live shows for top consumer brands. You’ll collaborate with on-camera Hosts, manage chats, trigger deals, and adapt quickly to audience behavior in a fast-paced studio setting.

SCHEDULE & PAY

• Full-time: We stream 7 days a week. (Part-time schedule also available!)
• $30-$40/hr with monthly & quarterly performance bonuses!

We’re an award-winning TikTok Live shopping agency and studio producing high-production, high-conversion live shopping shows for top consumer brands. As our brand partners expand their live schedules and new brands come on board, we’re opening a limited number of Co-Host Producer roles to power the shows behind the scenes.

We operate brands’ TikTok Live channels end to end, from storefront strategy to live execution, and our Co-Host Producers are at the core of that system. Once trained, Co-Host Producers become a trusted part of our live production team, running the tools, cameras, SFX, and audio of the studio while their Host stays on camera in front of thousands of live viewers, engaging and driving sales. These are professional, sales-driven, high-production shows where focus, timing, and judgment directly impact performance.

THE ROLE

As a Co-Host Producer, you run the operational side of every live shopping show. You’ll manage the live chat, pinned products, flash deals, sound effects, camera shots (switching camera views on cue), and backend tools in real time, while working closely with an on-camera Host.

You’re the official behind-the-scenes Co-Host. You’ll be mic’d and will engage with the audience off camera and through the comments, keeping the energy high, banter going, and the room moving. Your focus, timing, and quick judgment are what keep the show running and converting. This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and quick on their feet. You don’t need prior live streaming experience, we train you, but you do need focus, professionalism, and a eargerness to learn.

The Co-Host Producers who succeed here take ownership, treat every live like a real show, take feedback seriously, and continuously improve.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Run TikTok Live backend tools during live shopping shows
• Manage live chat, answer questions, and moderate comments
• Pin products and switch featured items in real time
• Launch flash sales, coupons, and limited-time deals
• Trigger sound effects and engagement tools
• Switch various camera views/shots during LIVE (main view, close‑up, overhead, etc.)
• Monitor live performance and adjust pacing mid-show
• Send cues and reminders to the Host during the stream
• Play off the Host as Co-Host to keep the energy and banter flowing and high
• Keep the show running smoothly while adapting to audience behavior

HOW YOU’LL WORK

• Partner 1-on-1 with a Live Stream Host for every show
• Handle all technical and operational tools so the Host stays on camera
• Collaborate with Growth Managers and Brand Guardians to align with brand goals
• Perform in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
