Job summary

GreenPeople Supplements seeks a dynamic Live Stream Operations Manager to oversee daily livestreams across TikTok Shop, WhatNot, Instagram Live, and YouTube. You will ensure high-quality broadcasts, manage technical setups, and scale livestream sales while coordinating with hosts, marketing, and product teams.

You will monitor real-time metrics, optimize tactics, and compile post-show performance reports to drive future improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in live video production, live commerce, or digital event operations.
• Proficient in streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, TikTok Live Studio) and hardware setup.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze live metrics to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate livestreams across platforms to meet goals and timelines.
• Manage technical operations including OBS, lighting, cameras, and audio setup.
• Maintain inventory readiness and coordinate logistics with warehouse/fulfillment teams.
• Monitor real-time metrics during streams and optimize CTAs, bundles, and offers.
• Conduct post-stream reviews and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with hosts, marketing, and product teams on content strategy and promotions.
• Train and guide livestream hosts, including talking points and on-camera selling techniques.
• Implement process improvements and backup plans to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated on livestream trends, platform features, and health/nutrition compliance.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour / We offer hourly pay + commission based on performance

(Do not apply if you don't have experience operating product selling livestream) We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Live Stream Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution and growth of our live commerce channels. You will ensure high-quality, engaging broadcasts across TikTok Shop, WhatNot, Instagram Live, and YouTube, while driving operational efficiency, performance metrics, and strategic scaling of livestream sales.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate livestreams—ensuring all hosts, products, and campaigns are aligned with goals and timelines.
• Manage technical operations, including OBS, TikTok Live Studio, cameras, lighting, and audio equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Maintain inventory readiness for featured products; coordinate pre- and post-show logistics with warehouse and fulfillment teams.
• Monitor real-time metrics during live streams (viewership, engagement, conversion); optimize tactics such as CTAs, bundles, and limited-time offers.
• Conduct post-stream reviews; compile detailed performance reports and use insights to refine future episodes.
• Work closely with hosts, marketing, and product teams to align content strategy, promotions, and brand messaging.
• Train and oversee livestream host, help them make talking points and script and coach them on how to sell product and react in front of camera
• Implement process improvements—checklists, run sheets, backup plans—to minimize downtime and technical errors.
• Stay updated on livestream commerce trends, platform features, and compliance standards relevant to nutrition claims.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in live video production, live commerce, or digital event operations—preferably in eCommerce, CPG, or health sectors.
• Proficient in streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, TikTok Live Studio), hardware setup, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple live shows and go-live checklists simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing live metrics (views, watch time, conversion) to optimize performance.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in video production, media studies, or related field.
• Familiarity with multi-camera setups and live editing tools.
• Previous experience in health, wellness, or supplement content.
• Experience managing remote moderators and community engagement during live events.
• Passion for livestream commerce platforms—especially TikTok Shop, WhatNot, Instagram Shop, or Amazon Live.
