The Geeky Greens is seeking Livestream Co-Host Producers to manage behind-the-scenes operations for their TikTok Live shopping shows. You will coordinate the host, run backend tools, and engage with viewers to drive high-energy, high-conversion performances.

No prior live streaming experience is required; training is provided. Flexible full-time hours and benefits are available for a growth-ready, detail-focused candidate.

SCHEDULE & PAY

• Full-time: 40 hours per week (FLEXIBLE HOURS! Part-time schedule also available!)
• $30–$40/hr with monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
• Paid every other Friday, W2 employee, benefits at 30 hr/week, growth opportunities!

We are an award-winning TikTok Live shopping agency and studio producing high-production, high-conversion live shopping shows for top consumer brands. As our brand partners expand their live schedules and new brands come on board, we're opening a limited number of Livestream Co-Hot Producer roles to power the shows behind the scenes.

We operate brands' TikTok Live channels end to end, from storefront strategy to live execution, and our Moderators are at the core of that system. Once trained, Co-Host Producers become a trusted part of our live production team, running the tools and the room while the Host stays on camera in front of thousands of live viewers. These are professional, sales-driven, high-production shows where focus, timing, and judgment directly impact performance.

THE ROLE

As a Livestream Co-Host Producer, you run the operational side of every live shopping show. You'll manage the live chat, pinned products, flash deals, sound effects, digital camera, and backend tools in real time, while working closely with an on-camera Host who leads the show.

You're the official behind-the-scenes Co-Host. You'll be mic'd and will engage with the audience off camera and through the comments, keeping the energy high and the room moving. Your focus, timing, and quick judgment are what keep the show running and converting. This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and quick on their feet. You don't need prior live commerce experience, we train you, but you do need focus, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

HOW YOU'LL WORK

• Partner 1-on-1 with a Live Stream Host for every show
• Handle all technical and operational tools so the Host stays on camera
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Brand Guardians to align with brand goals
• Perform in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
