You will own the sales engine, shape the team, and drive revenue while developing a culture of performance and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to hit and exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize lead flow and conversion.
• Monitor, track, and report sales KPIs with monthly performance reviews alongside the studio owner.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Advisors.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support sales team success.
• Create a positive, high-energy culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and results.
• Build strong relationships with members and the local community to promote retention and referrals.
• Implement follow-up systems to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute local outreach, community events, and partnerships.
• Support the long-term financial health of the studio through intelligent, data-driven decision-making
