Job summary

Stride Fitness is opening a new studio in Southampton, PA, seeking energetic Sales Advisors to drive memberships and deliver an exceptional member experience from day one.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, presenting membership options, following up with leads, and maintaining a welcoming front desk and retail area while supporting daily cleaning and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or guest services preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for flexible shifts.

• Drive membership sales through in person, phone, email, and social media outreach.
• Greet prospects and walk in guests, deliver studio tours, and present membership options with confidence.
• Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member and guest.
• Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed.
• Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio space clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
