STRIDE Fitness in Southampton, PA is opening soon, and we are seeking energetic Sales Advisors to help deliver an exceptional member experience from day one.

You will drive membership sales through in-person and multimedia outreach, greet guests, present memberships, follow up with leads, and help achieve monthly goals while keeping the studio welcoming and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through in person, phone, email, and social media outreach.
• Greet prospects and walk in guests, deliver studio tours, and present membership options with confidence.
• Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member and guest.
• Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed.
• Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio space clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
