Job summary

Club Pilates seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in achieving sales, retention, and member experience goals at the Wake Forest studio.

The AGM balances sales performance with daily leadership, ensuring studio standards and reporting to the GM in their absence. This role emphasizes service excellence, team development, and operational coverage to drive overall studio success.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence positive outcomes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and prospects through in-person, phone, email, and text communication.
• Generate membership sales through lead follow-up, relationship building, referrals, and community outreach.
• Support studio efforts to achieve membership, revenue, and retention goals.
• Address member concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of memberships, pricing, promotions, and studio offerings.
• Promote a positive, welcoming, and inclusive studio environment.
