Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leadership experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through lead follow-up and referrals.
• Support a positive member experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide leadership coverage and onboarding for new hires.
• Oversee studio operations, inventory, and adherence to standards.
• Participate in events and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Attend leadership meetings and trainings as required.
