Job summary

Club Pilates Raleigh is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in achieving sales, retention, and member experience goals. The AGM provides day-to-day leadership to the sales team, ensures studio standards, and may act as manager in GM's absence to balance sales, operations, and member engagement.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of leadership experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn ClubReady and other studio systems.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and prospects through in-person, phone, email, and text communication.
• Generate membership sales through lead follow-up, relationship building, referrals, and community outreach.
• Support studio efforts to achieve membership, revenue, and retention goals.
• Address member concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain understanding of memberships, pricing, promotions, and studio offerings.
