Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Cary, NC to support the General Manager in achieving sales, retention, operational and member experience goals. The AGM oversees the sales team and acts as GM in their absence, ensuring consistent studio standards and excellent member service.

The role balances sales performance, operational excellence, team support, and member engagement to help drive studio success and community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize ClubReady and other business systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and prospects through in-person, phone, email, and text communication.
• Generate membership sales through lead follow-up, relationship building, referrals, and community outreach.
• Support studio efforts to achieve membership, revenue, and retention goals.
• Address member concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Promote a positive, welcoming, and inclusive studio environment.
