Job summary

Your Other Half in Brooklyn is seeking a Studio Lead to be the face of our Dumbo loft, guiding trade partners and delivering memorable customer experiences both digitally and in-person. You will oversee studio operations, lead design consultations, and manage inquiries and orders with a focus on brand tone and exceptional service.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, order management, or retail operations, plus comfort with Zendesk and Shopify; NetSuite or Asana are a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, logistics, or retail operations.
• Experience with Zendesk and Shopify is preferred.
• Ability to manage inquiries, orders, and design consultations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio Experience by welcoming trade clients and visitors, leading design consultations, and keeping the loft organized.
• Projet Manage the Trade Program by handling inquiries, special orders, and design consultations while maintaining brand tone.
• White Glove Customer Service using Zendesk and Shopify for order questions, shipping challenges, returns, and replacements.
• Collaborate Across Teams with marketing, warehouse, and leadership to ensure timely deliveries and VIP service.
• Be the Data Connector by tracking returns, replacements, and order analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and events with professionalism and warmth.
