  • Manage Studio scheduling, appointments, client flow, operational planning and communication across departments.
  • Establish and maintain operational processes that support efficiency while preserving the brand’s highly personal and high‑touch approach to service.
  • Own Studio inventory management and inventory levels, partnering closely with merchandising, fulfillment, and operational systems to oversee replenishment, product flow, transfers, RTVs, fulfillment coordination and overall inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure the Studio environment, presentation, hospitality and overall client experience consistently reflect the brand.
Client Development & Sales

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients, stylists, personal shoppers and industry partners.
  • Utilize client data to build thoughtful and strategic outreach plans, including client segmentation, retention strategies, reactivation opportunities, and personalized communication initiatives.
  • Analyze sales and client performance data to identify opportunities for growth, appointment generation, repeat business and long‑term relationship development.
  • Oversee appointment preparation, client follow‑up, personalized service initiatives, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities to grow repeat business, re‑engage lapsed clients, and deepen long‑term client relationships through thoughtful outreach and follow‑through.
  • Act as a key client‑facing representative of the brand, both within the Studio environment and during moments of travel.
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen sales culture, accountability and ownership around Studio performance.

  • Help grow Attersee’s presence within the luxury and creative community through thoughtful and highly personalized outreach.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with hotels, restaurants, membership clubs, stylists, and other aligned luxury businesses to help drive Studio awareness, traffic, and client acquisition.
  • Represent the brand externally through networking, events, partnerships, and relationship-building opportunities throughout New York.
Communication & Cross‑Functional Partnership
  • Serve as a central communication point between the Studio, leadership, merchandising, operations, fulfillment, and external partners.
  • Ensure smooth coordination around product arrivals, client requests, inventory communication, special orders, and Studio priorities.
  • Partner with merchandising and operations teams to support business priorities and maintain strong organizational flow.
  • Create systems and structure that allow the Studio to scale effectively without losing its intimacy, service standards, or sense of community.
Team Leadership
  • Directly oversee the Coordinator role, providing day‑to‑day management, prioritization, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven Studio culture.
  • Lead with strong ownership, accountability, professionalism, and an entrepreneurial mindset across all areas of the business.

  • Ability and willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and events as business needs require.
  • A genuine appreciation for luxury fashion, service and brand‑building.
