Qualifications

• Hospitality‑driven front desk approach with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Ability to prioritize, multi‑task and meet nontraditional schedules.
• Willingness to take initiative and perform duties without direction.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and strong organizational abilities.
• Open to 20–25 hours per week with availability for opening/closing hours.
• Experience supporting studio operations, memberships or promotions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Function as MOD - set the tone for every shift.
• Communicate issues to studio leadership during shifts.
• Assist leadership with daily tasks and projects.
• SOP training and knowledge sharing with staff.
• Maintain daily checklists to B/SPOKE standards.
• Deliver high‑level customer service and hospitality.
• Champion the B/SPOKE experience and delegate tasks.
• Lead by example and train new hires.
• Maintain knowledge of studio operations, memberships, and promotions.
• Provide timely feedback to peers and management.
• Set schedule: 3–4 days per week (~25 hours).
• Involve in staff/class scheduling and budgeting processes.
