JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support daily studio operations in Carmel, Indiana. You’ll greet clients, assist instructors, and promote memberships to help grow the community.

Ideal candidates are sales‑minded, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, with a passion for health and wellness and a team-first attitude.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles or front desk positions.
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Comfort with using technology and CRM systems.
• Sales or membership experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and promote memberships.
• Communicate value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions, events, and community initiatives to drive growth.
• Greet and assist clients, delivering a welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and team to hit goals.
