Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support studio operations. You’ll greet members, guide them to memberships, and help grow the community through events and promos.

Ideal candidates are energized by a fast-paced environment, excel at service, and thrive in a team-first culture. This role supports instructors and helps maintain a polished, welcoming studio atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients warmly.
• Build relationships and guide clients to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone/text/email.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages.
• Maintain client records in booking/CRM.
• Keep front desk and studio clean and organized.
• Assist management with schedule updates and announcements.
• Support opening and closing duties.
