JETSET Pilates seeks an energetic Studio Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support day-to-day operations at our Fishers studio. You will nurture client relationships, guide members toward suitable memberships, and partner with the General Manager to hit retention and revenue goals.

We value hospitality, a team-first mindset, and the ability to manage front desk tasks, schedule updates, and member communications. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.

Responsabilités

• Build genuine relationships with clients to assess goals and suggest memberships or packages.
• Articulate the value of the JETSET experience to convert inquiries and visits into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events to drive growth.
• Create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged and connected.
