Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Warrington, PA is seeking a Studio Lead who will be the heartbeat of the studio, creating exceptional client experiences, supporting instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

This role blends hospitality leadership with studio ambassador duties, driving membership growth, retention, and a welcoming community for every client. You will work with the General Manager and team to achieve goals and maintain CRM records for a polished, five-star experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Retention: Build relationships and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience keeping members engaged.
• Monitor member activity and re-engage at-risk clients.
• Partner with the GM and studio team to hit goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Greet, answer questions, and solve problems.
• Build a welcoming community and provide five-star first-visit experiences.
• Support Positive Studio Team Culture: assist management and communicate updates.
• Show flexibility and team-first mindset by covering shifts.
• Drive Operational Excellence: manage front desk, calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages; maintain client records.
• Process retail and restock inventory; support opening/closing and policies.
