Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, retention, and exceptional client experiences at our Naples studio. You will support instructors, manage front desk operations, and promote memberships while ensuring a welcoming, five-star environment for every client.

You will lead a team, communicate studio information, cover shifts when needed, and help grow the community through events and personalized service. Training and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Confidently communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries and studio visits into memberships.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective members through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged, satisfied, and connected to the studio.
• Monitor member activity and proactively reach out to clients who may be disengaging or at risk of canceling.
