JETSET Pilates is a modern studio brand in Naples, FL seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, support instructors, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will build relationships with clients, guide memberships, and create a welcoming community while collaborating with the General Manager and team to hit membership and revenue goals. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and retention by guiding clients to memberships and packages that fit their goals.
• Deliver a five-star first-visit experience and build welcoming community for new clients.
• Support instructors and management to ensure smooth class operations and studio communication.
• Handle front desk duties, answer calls and emails, process memberships and class packages.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems and restock as needed.
• Assist with promotions, events, and lead generation to grow membership base.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organize lobby and front desk.
