Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Raleigh, NC seeks a Studio Lead to provide exceptional client service, answer phones, respond to emails, and drive sales at the front desk. The role includes assisting instructors, opening/closing duties, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

You will greet clients, manage check-ins, and help recruit and retain members. This position requires morning, evening, and weekend shifts in a boutique fitness setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the boutique fitness experience to every client, every time.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors on arrival.
• Greet and check-in clients professionally and thank them as they leave.
• Recruit and retain clients, answer questions, solve problems, and refer concerns appropriately.
• Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone.
• Facilitate new sales with the CRM AXLE system alongside the GM/Owner-Operator.
• Maintain a clean front desk and lobby area and restock inventory as needed.
