Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Sales Associate for its Williamsburg, NY studio. You will help create a welcoming, celebratory atmosphere, assist with ear piercings and product selection, and maintain safety and cleanliness. You will support the team on weekends and process transactions with a passion for customer service.

This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Studio Manager, with opportunities to upsell non-piercing jewelry and care products while building Rowan brand knowledge.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with ear piercings and product recommendations.
• Process transactions and manage inventory.
