You will drive memberships and packages, book rebookings, and manage the waitlist to maximize client retention. • 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience with a proven track record of client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Drive membership and package sales with real revenue targets.
• Lock in rebooking, manage waitlist, and optimize the schedule.
• Handle client communications by phone, email, and text with professionalism.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare journeys.
• Track personal sales performance and report metrics to improve close rates.
