Glowbar is hiring a Studio Guide to be the heartbeat of the guest experience. You will own the front desk, warmly welcome clients, drive membership and package sales, and book follow-up appointments while maintaining a spotless, guest-ready studio.

You’ll handle client communications with care and share skincare recommendations to support each journey. This role rewards with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced, beauty-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience with proven client service and sales.
• Genuine passion for people and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and meeting goals.
• Warm, professional presence and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Full-Time: 5-day open availability; Part-Time: 3-day; Weekend-only options.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy; connect them to Glowbar experiences.
• Drive membership and package sales through genuine recommendations.
• Schedule and rebook appointments; manage waitlists to optimize the day.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text professionally.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routines to support skincare journeys.
• Keep the studio spotless, organized, and client-ready at all times.
• Provide feedback to management to improve guest experience and performance.
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation and education.
