Glowbar is hiring a Studio Guide to own the front desk, drive membership and package sales, and ensure a seamless visit from first greeting to checkout.

You will be the voice of the studio, maintain perfect client service, and upsell skincare products while keeping the space spotless and book-accurate.

This role demands a warm, professional presence, weekend availability, and a passion for beauty and a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and commission-based earning with a drive to meet membership targets.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into loyal members.
• Warm, professional presence with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, with 5-day or 3-day options and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Drive membership and package sales through authentic client connections.
• Manage rebooking and waitlist to optimize the schedule and retention.
• Be the voice of the studio across phone, email, and text communications.
• Share skincare knowledge and at-home routines to support client journeys; upsell products.
• Track personal sales performance and convert rates to continually improve close rates.
• Keep the studio clean and organized from front desk to back of house.
