Glowbar is looking for a Studio Guide to manage the front desk and deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment. You will welcome clients, drive memberships and product sales, and ensure seamless visits from check-in to checkout.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, strong communication, and a proven ability to close sales while maintaining high service standards. Flexible availability including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome every client with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales with a focus on revenue targets.
• Lock in rebooking and manage the waitlist to optimize the schedule.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions.
• Track and report personal sales performance and conversion rates.
• Keep the studio spotless and client-ready, including laundry.
• Share observations with management to improve client experience and team performance.
