Glowbar is seeking a Studio Guide to own the front desk, set the tone for every visit, and ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish. You will drive membership and package sales, manage bookings and the waitlist, and serve as the studio voice across calls, emails, and texts.

• 1+ years of hospitality experience with a proven track record of superior client service and sales.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and a drive to meet and exceed membership goals.
• A warm, professional presence and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy to make them feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to Glowbar experiences and results.
• Lock in rebooking, manage the waitlist, and keep the schedule optimized.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text with professionalism and care.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare journeys.
