Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Orchard Park, NY is seeking a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of our guest experience. You'll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build relationships, deliver a premium experience, and help guests start personalized treatment plans, while driving growth for the studio.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in sales, hospitality, or guest-facing settings.
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
Excellent communication with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software.
Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced studio environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
Lead consultations to understand guest goals and advise treatments.
Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, and financing options.
Drive studio performance through membership and package sales and guest retention.
Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to convert interest into appointments.
Manage front desk tasks: scheduling, check-in/out, phones, and payments.
Coordinate with clinicians and leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain accurate guest records in scheduling and CRM systems.
Support events, promotions, and local marketing efforts.
Keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready.
