Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Tonawanda, NY seeks a Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of guest interactions. You will blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to deliver a premium experience and guide guests toward personalized treatment plans.

This full-time role offers an starting hourly rate of $18+ with incentives to grow earnings, and opportunities across our studio network.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or guest-facing roles.
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication.
Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software.
Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
Lead consultations to understand goals and guide personalized recommendations.
Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, retail products, and financing options.
Drive studio performance through membership and package sales, rebooking, and guest retention.
Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to build loyalty and convert interest to appointments.
Run front desk tasks: scheduling, check-in/out, phones, and payment processing.
Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to ensure guest experience is seamless.
Maintain accurate guest records in scheduling and CRM systems.
Support events, promotions, and local marketing efforts.
Keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready.
