Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Fayetteville, NY is seeking a Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist who blends hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to deliver a premium guest experience. You will guide guests toward personalized treatment plans and help drive growth for the studio.

The role starts at $18/hour with incentive potential; 1–3+ years in guest-facing roles and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics or another guest-facing setting.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Lead consultations to understand guest goals and support personalized recommendations.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, and financing options.
• Drive studio performance through membership and package sales, rebooking, and guest retention.
• Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to build loyalty and secure appointments.
• Run the front desk: scheduling, check-ins/outs, phones, and payments.
