Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist who will be the heart of our guest journey. You’ll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build relationships and guide guests toward personalized treatment plans.

You’ll lead front-desk duties, educate guests on services and memberships, drive sales, and follow up to book appointments.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in sales, hospitality, or guest-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent communication and organization in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort with scheduling, CRM, and POS systems.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Lead consultations to assess goals and recommend treatments.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, and financing.
• Drive membership and package sales and guest retention.
• Follow up by calls, texts, emails to book appointments.
• Manage front desk tasks: scheduling, check-in/out, phones, payments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records in scheduling and CRM.
• Support events, promotions, local marketing.
• Keep studio clean, organized, guest-ready.
