Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Orchard Park, NY seeks a warm Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of the guest journey. You will blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to deliver a premium experience and guide guests toward personalized treatment plans.

You will welcome guests, lead goal-oriented consultations, educate on services and memberships, and support events and local marketing while maintaining accurate guest records in scheduling and CRM

Qualifications

1–3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or other guest-facing setting.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
Lead consultations to understand guest goals and suggest personalized treatments.
Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, retail products, and financing options.
Drive studio performance through membership and package sales, rebooking, and guest retention.
Run the front desk: scheduling, check-in/check-out, phones, and payment processing.
