Job summary

Club Pilates in Raleigh, NC, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our North Raleigh location. You will oversee daily activities, manage staff, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will develop and execute business strategies, manage budgets and reports, ensure compliance, and coordinate with departments to optimize performance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in business, proven GM leadership, strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and business management software.
