Job summary

JETSET Pilates, a modern, music-driven Pilates brand, seeks a General Manager to lead the studio’s success. You will oversee a high-performing team, drive membership growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences while actively teaching.

The role requires real-time leadership, community engagement, and operational excellence across daily studio tasks. You will complete the Instructor Training Academy, teach 6-8 classes weekly, and maintain in-studio presence for 25 class times weekly.

Qualifications

• Must lead and develop a high-performing team across locations.
• Proven ability to drive membership growth and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and inform decisions.
• Excellent hospitality and client experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop instructors and Studio Leads.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance conversations.
• Foster an engaging, accountable team culture.
• Identify future leaders through mentorship and succession planning.
• Own daily studio operations and client experience.
• Manage class and staffing schedules; maintain brand standards.
• Monitor profitability, payroll, expenses, and KPIs.
• Develop partnerships to drive community engagement and referrals.
