Job summary

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. The General Manager will lead a high‑performing team, driving membership growth and an exceptional client experience while actively teaching and engaging with the community.

You will complete the Instructor Training Academy, teach 6–8 classes per week, and maintain an in‑studio presence for at least 25 class times weekly. The role blends operations with hands‑on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience.
• Experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury membership‑model consumer service.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets and coaching others.
• Highly analytical — comfortable building reports and making data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop instructors and Studio Leads.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
• Own daily studio operations and ensure exceptional hospitality and client experience.
• Manage class and staffing schedules; oversee day‑to‑day facility operations.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to improve member retention and revenue.
