JETSET Pilates Florham Park is seeking a General Manager to oversee studio operations, drive membership growth, and reflect a premium boutique experience. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong sales ability, community presence, and operational discipline.

You will recruit and develop instructors, manage scheduling and payroll, and build partnerships to expand local presence while maintaining brand standards and a high-energy studio culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or service-based business.
• Proven success in membership sales or revenue-driven roles.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communicator with leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Capture, nurture, and close incoming leads.
• Develop partnerships with local wellness, retail, and community organizations.
• Organize and execute community outreach events.
• Achieve membership, revenue, and utilization targets.
• Track and analyze KPIs including sales conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, payroll, reporting, and inventory.
• Lead and coach instructors and studio team.
