Job summary
Jetsetpilates seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead a boutique studio, drive operational excellence, membership growth, and an exceptional client experience while actively teaching and engaging with the community. You will coach instructors, manage daily operations and schedules, monitor KPIs, partner with local businesses, and uphold brand standards.
Travel for instructor training and flexible hours are required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness or related consumer service.
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach instructors, and drive membership growth.
- Strong orientation to hospitality, brand standards, and profitability.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in measuring KPIs and data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel for instructor training and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop instructors and studio leads.
- Own daily studio operations, class schedules, and guest experience.
- Drive memberships, utilization, retention, and revenue goals.
- Build community partnerships and represent the brand publicly.
- Monitor financial performance and report to ownership.
