The role requires managing class schedules, staff development, and ensuring a strong fitness experience. In addition to class instruction, the GM will collaborate with leadership to drive membership growth and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a service or fitness environment.
• Proven ability to manage studio operations and implement company policies.
• Strong customer service standards and experience driving client experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to run day-to-day studio operations and execute company strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and fitness experience aligned with brand standards.
• Analyze KPIs such as sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to acquire clients and hit studio goals.
• Manage client inquiries with timely, positive responses.
• Build relationships with local fitness communities and potential partners.
• Create and maintain class and staff schedules.
• Oversee inventory for retail and beverages as needed.
• Plan and host team meetings and events.
• Oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads for growth.
• Drive studio performance on classes, utilization, visits, and memberships.
