Job summary

Camarillo Fitness LLC (CamFit) is seeking a General Manager to oversee fitness and sales operations, coach leadership, and a high-energy member experience across multiple Orangetheory Fitness studios.

The GM will lead coaching and sales teams, drive member growth, and ensure operational excellence with a focus on safety, quality, and staff development. This on-site role requires flexibility across early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and deliver high-energy classes in line with brand standards.
• Own studio revenue performance including new memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Develop and execute lead generation, community outreach, and in-studio marketing campaigns.
• Manage the full coaching and sales staff, payroll, and timecard accuracy.
• Build, train, and evaluate the coaching team; ensure certification readiness and development plans.
• Recruit and onboard sales associates; manage front-of-house operations and customer experience.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and safety standards across all areas.
• Oversee studio operations including scheduling, budgeting, and facilities maintenance.
