Club Pilates in Sunnyvale is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. You will lead sales efforts, drive membership growth, and manage the Sales Associates within the studio.

You will hire, train and supervise staff, ensure client satisfaction and maintain studio operations to the highest standards. A fast-paced, service-focused environment with growth potential awaits.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail/service or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates.
• Ability to manage 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational and data-management skills; meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

Aufgaben

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio.
• Proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue and attendance reports.
• Review instructor evaluations and mentor/discourage as needed.
• Make high-level customer service decisions.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
