Job summary

MOVE Fitness is seeking a General Manager to oversee sales, retention, and community engagement for a Club Pilates studio. The role requires leading the team, driving four revenue streams, and ensuring high levels of customer service and operational excellence.

The position emphasizes strategic marketing, staff scheduling, and vendor coordination, with a strong focus on data-driven performance and community building within the studio and broader network.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales management experience required.
• 1+ year of leadership/team management experience required.
• Pilates or fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet studio goals and implement plans to achieve them.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members via in-person, phone, and email.
• Contact prospects/leads to schedule Pilates classes and enroll them or sell memberships.
• Evaluate monthly studio KPIs to improve results.
• Manage studio social media to promote Club Pilates and generate leads.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with regional GM and owner to generate leads.
• Lead generation including grass-roots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Supervise team and ensure goals are met.
• Proficiency in Club Ready and POS, including revenue and attendance reports.
