Job summary

Club Pilates - New York is seeking a Manager to oversee studio operations, drive revenue growth across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training, and lead staff development. You will implement sales processes, generate leads, and manage vendor relationships to keep inventory accurate.

You will recruit and supervise instructors, train Sales Reps, and use ClubReady to produce revenue and attendance reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience.
• Experience in the Fitness Industry preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Strong organizational and data management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class.
• Membership sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors for inventory and product stocking.
• Supervise Sales Representatives.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio.
• Use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reporting.
• Review instructor evaluations by Master Trainers.
• Independently make high level customer service decisions.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Schedule and participate in networking and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Other duties as assigned.
