Club Pilates - New York is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all Studio functionality, drive revenue growth across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training, and manage staff development.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales proficiency, and strong customer service, with accountability for inventory, vendor coordination, and high-level operations in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience.
• Experience in the fitness industry preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps.
• Ability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class.
• Sell memberships and oversee staff scheduling.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory in studio retail.
• Supervise sales representatives and hire/manage instructors.
• Utilize ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports and performance reviews.
