Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a General Manager for our Scottsdale studio to oversee all studio operations from sales to instructors. The role requires driving four revenue streams—memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training—while leading a team of sales reps and instructors.

You will manage staff scheduling, coordinate with vendors, and ensure ClubReady reports are accurate and timely. Strong communication, organization, and a passion for fitness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with data management and deadline prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Demo class.
• Membership sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Directly coordinate with all vendors to stock studio retail/products with accurate counts.
• Supervise Sales Representatives.
• Hire/Manage all instructors at the studio.
• Proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue and attendance reports.
