Job summary

Club Pilates Fort Collins is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions, from sales to instructors, driving membership growth and reducing attrition. You will hire, train, and manage Sales Associates within the studio and exercise discretion in managing staff and operations.

The role requires 2+ years in retail or fitness sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service or fitness sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and train others.
• Manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and data management.
• Professional, punctual, reliable and discreet.
• Passion for fitness.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and Grass Roots Marketing to generate studio prospects.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales and revenue growth.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Ensure inventory accuracy of studio retail/products.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/manage instructors at the studio.
• Utilize ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports.
• Review instructor evaluations and mentor/discipline as needed.
• Make high-level customer service decisions.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Keep forms and literature stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate studio leads.
