Job summary

OVME in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Part-Time Studio Coordinator to join the Studio Team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service, managing appointments, and supporting both clinical and administrative staff.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hours include Tue, Thu, Fri and rotating Saturdays, with a friendly front desk atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Medical CRM/Zenoti is a plus.
• Ability to work Tue, Thu, Fri and rotating Saturdays with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service as the first point of contact.
• Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional front desk presence.
• Manage appointments, answer inquiries, and handle billing and receipts.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth front desk operations and workflow.
• Maintain accurate client records while safeguarding privacy.
