Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor in Madison, WI. This full-time role serves as a keyholder and frontline leader, opening/closing the Studio, guiding floor operations, and ensuring a consistentStuds experience for customers.

You will support merchandising, restocking, and daily execution while upholding safety and brand standards, including piercing-related regulations. A strong, reliable, professional presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability preferred, especially Friday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and completes opening/closing procedures.
• Supports visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and Studio upkeep.
• Leads floor during shifts to achieve sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing-related regulations.
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers on the Studs experience.
